BodyStep is a group
fitness program marketed by the
Les Mills company and offered
at participating fitness/health
clubs. A one-hour BodyStep session
generally comprises of twelve
songs of various genres including
dance, RnB, pop and chart music.
BodyStep comprises of a program
that uses a plastic heigh
adjustable step in a
high-intensity cardiovascular
workout. The workout is designed
to tone the lower body and
abdomen.
A new program with new songs
and choreography is introduced and
distributed to participating
fitness/health clubs every three
months. BodyStep instructors are
trained by the
Les Mills company and
accredited to teach each of the
new routines.
