BodyJam is a group
fitness program marketed by the
Les Mills company and offered
at participating fitness/health
clubs. A one-hour BodyJam session
generally comprises of nine songs
of various genres including Latin,
hip-hop, RnB, pop and chart music.
BodyJam comprises of a
choreographed dance routine, which
is designed to help participants
increase their aerobic fitness
levels.
A new program with new songs
and choreography is introduced and
distributed to participating
fitness/health clubs every three
months. BodyJam instructors are
trained by the
Les Mills company and
accredited to teach each of the
new routines.
