BodyAttack is a group
fitness program marketed by the
Les Mills company and offered
at participating fitness/health
clubs. A one-hour BodyAttack
session generally comprises of
eleven songs of various genres
including dance, trance, covers,
RnB and chart music.
BodyAttack comprises of a
choreographed routine which is
instructed by an accredited
instructor. The class uses
aerobic, strength and
stabilisation exercises in time to
the music.
A new program with new songs
and choreography is introduced and
distributed to participating
fitness/health clubs every three
months. BodyAttack instructors are
trained by the
Les Mills company and
accredited to teach each of the
new routines.
